Kane is originally from a small town called Rosemary in Alberta, Canada. He was raised on a working farm, and his love for food and cooking began at a young age on the lengthy trails of the Canadian Rockies where he learnt the art of fire, foraging and survival off the land.
His formal training began in Ottawa, Canada, and his career has taken him to work in some of the world best restaurants in Canada and Denmark.
