Restaurant Policies

Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Enigma. Below are some helpful details to ensure a seamless experience:

Reservations

- Reservations can be made via OpenTable. We require payment in full to secure your reservation.

- Our dining experience is approximately 2.5 hours per table.

- We have a strict No Cancellation policy. However, reservations may be rescheduled up to twice with at least 7 days’ notice.

Menu and Dining Policies

- Enigma offers a seasonal, blind tasting menu only; we do not serve an à la carte menu. We kindly request that each guest orders their own tasting menu, as sharing is not permitted.

- Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions a minimum of 24 hours before your reservation, as we may be unable to accommodate last-minute changes.

Arrival and Timing

- We hold reservations for a maximum of 20 minutes past the scheduled time. If you’re running late, please call us as we may not be able to accommodate beyond this time.

- Tables are reserved for 2 hours and 30 minutes for parties of up to 6, and 3 hours for larger parties.

Gratuity and Service

- A 20% auto-gratuity is applied to the Tasting Menu and Chef’s Table experiences. For parties of 5 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added to the entire bill.

Additional Information

- Guests aged 10 and older are welcome. We are unable to make exceptions.

- While photography and videography are welcome, we ask that you respect the privacy of other guests and staff by requesting consent before filming or photographing them.

- No outside food is permitted, including birthday cakes.
