Sam is from Nova Scotia, Canada, with a lifelong passion for cooking that began at a young age. Growing up surrounded by the natural beauty of the coast, Sam developed a deep appreciation for fresh, local ingredients, particularly the seafood that Nova Scotia is known for. 

A love for travel has shaped his approach to cooking. At Enigma he continues to embrace the concept of keeping it simple and clean.
